All Florida counties bordering the Gulf of Mexico, from the Panhandle down to the Keys, the entire states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, and some counties in Texas as shown on the map below. As a condition to receiving settlement benefits, the business must have leased or owned real property in a zoned county at any time from April 20, 2010, to April 1, 2012. Merely doing business in the area without having leased or owned real property will not qualify you.
