Kristi Paschall

With 15 years of experience practicing law, including 9 years in personal injury law, Kristi Paschall brings a unique perspective to her practice. She’s not only an accomplished attorney, but also a former plaintiff who had her own personal injury case go all the way to a jury verdict.

That experience fundamentally shaped Ms. Paschall’s approach to representing her clients. Originally from Colorado, Ms. Paschall earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Denver, Colorado.  Ms. Paschall is admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the state of Florida.
